HG2142 series mid-speed online granulator is suitable for crushing and recycling various plastics. It is easy to operate with excellent performance. The moderate speed effectively reduces dust, noise, and tool wear (this is more evident when crushing PBT material with 20% fiber). It adopts European design, is compact in size, and has multiple safety devices that comply with European safety standards.
HG2142 Medium speed Recycling Granulators is suitable for crushing various plastics and recycling. It is easy to operate with excellent performance. Its Medium speed reduces dust and noise as well as the wear rate to the lowest point (which can be observed more obviously from crushing of PBT material added with 20% fiber.). Utilizing European way of design, together with its compact size, this product which has multiple safety devices built in complies with European safety standards.

The high chromium tool steel blade is cut resistant and wear-resisting, the rotating blade can flip for twice the lifetime.
The bearing house designed with screw sealing plate, and two holes on cover, it's convenient for air cleaning.
Cutting technology: the optimized cutting angle, with continuous and sealing cutting process, energy saving / cleaning / no pollution.
Soundproof hopper effectively reduces the noise.
All internal plates made of stainless steel, it avoids secondary pollution.
